Excellent location. Attentive staff. A good breakfast buffet is included in the room rate. The possibility of accommodation with a pet (dog).

The furniture is new. The room is large. The restaurant is in the adjacent (entertainment) building. You can take it to your room yourself, or you can bring it to your room for money. Half of the rooms have a view of Lake Valdai with swans and ducks. The domes of the monastery are visible in the distance. Beauty!

A wonderful place, a view of the lake, the territory near the hotel, friendly staff, souvenirs, snacks and juices near the reception, cleanliness in the room. The inventory ordering services were not used, but there is information in the folder in the room. WiFi is supposed to be on site, but it wasn't really used.

Good location, Parking (there is both paid on site and free outside the gate - there are a lot of places). The bed linen is clean, and there are tea and cosmetic sets in the room. There are coolers with cold and hot water in the lobby. Breakfast is quite acceptable - there is enough to eat. The registration is fast. It's a nice area, the children will especially like it - the ducks take food right out of their hands, there is a playground and swing benches. Restaurant menu with affordable prices. Overall, it's great.

Great view of the lake from the room, spacious room, great bed. Breakfast of your choice. Everything was perfect, thank you! I wanted to stay longer, but... affairs. We'll be back!

I stayed for 1 night with my family. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and clean, with a view of the lake, and excellent beds and pillows contributed to a sound sleep. I liked the delicious and hearty breakfast, the day before you can choose from 4 suggested options. The children were delighted with the playground and the ducks that could be fed from the marina. We will definitely return in the summer to enjoy our outdoor activities (there is a bike and boat rental).

Very beautiful nature around, convenient location of the hotel on the shore of the lake, magnificent view from the room window. The room is spacious, the bed is good (the mattress is soft). We rented a boat.

We had a rest from September 16 to September 22, 2020. I had a very pleasant impression of the rest, the hotel and the staff. The hotel is located on the shore of Lake Valdai, the territory of the hotel is very clean and well maintained. There are many benches and swing benches on the territory. There is a playground, volleyball courts, a small pier with boats. You can rent a bicycle. Solovyovsky Park is located nearby. The hotel rooms are small but very cozy. The rooms are very clean and quiet. There are all necessary hygiene supplies. There is a cooler with cold and hot drinking water on the floors. Meals are served in the adjacent two-storey building, in the Tropicana restaurant (second floor). We had a full meal: breakfast (buffet), lunch and dinner. But you can also eat from a customized menu. Lunch includes salad, soup, second course, bread, tea and biscuits (or rolls) for tea. The portions are quite large. The waitresses are very friendly. The service is fast. The restaurant is clean, bright, and there are no foreign odors. There is also a billiard bar in the same building. On the ground floor, you can play chess, tennis, etc. The hotel has a souvenir kiosk and information boards. We would like to express our special gratitude to the reception staff for their friendliness and kindness, as well as providing complete and comprehensive information on all issues that arise, not only regarding hotel accommodation, but also regarding the possible excursion program. Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel for a pleasant stay.

We had a rest here on New Year's Eve, with the whole family, we really liked the atmosphere and location of the hotel! Lake view, the place is quiet and peaceful. There is no fuss . the staff is friendly and always ready to help! The food is varied, and there is quite a large selection for unpretentious people. During the holidays, there was a wonderful recreation program, malamute riding, gingerbread and toy painting, museums are a separate topic! Thanks to the staff and the amazing company! We will definitely come back!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, located right on the shore of the lake. Valdai, a pond is already starting 30 meters from the entrance, you can feed the ducks. On New Year's Eve, we rode malamutes, participated in a tennis tournament, and the child painted New Year's gingerbread and toys. The nearest entertainment venue is a local restaurant with billiards and karaoke, there is also a sauna, 10 minutes on foot to the center, 100 rubles by taxi around the city. The food is delicious and varied, breakfasts are on request, there is a buffet when a lot of people settle in, the staff is helpful and even contributes to your good start to the day, if suddenly you do not have time for breakfast, which starts at 7:30, they can arrange an early breakfast for you personally, otherwise, quite calm and quiet the place is surrounded by beautiful nature, the sound insulation is decent, rarely any sounds can disturb your vacation.
