Children under 7 years old stay free of charge, but no more than one child per room.

For room preparation, in case of early check-in from 00:00 to 10:00, a fee of 50% of the room rate on the date of arrival is charged.

The fee for hotel accommodation is charged in accordance with a single check-out time - from 12 o'clock of the current day, local time.

For stays of no more than a day (24 hours), the fee is charged per day.

For pets, an additional fee of 1,000 rubles/day is charged for all room categories.

In case of a delay in the Guest's departure, the accommodation fee is charged in the following order:

- more than 1 to 12 hours after check-out time (from 12:00 to 00:00) - payment for half a day;

- from 12 to 24 hours after check-out time (after 00:00) - payment for a full day.

In order to ensure security and the requirements of the passport and registration legislation of the Russian Federation, the guest must present documents upon arrival.:

- for citizens of the Russian Federation - a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation (a general Russian passport);

- for persons under the age of 14, a birth certificate.
